 It is ecomodel Summer Rayne Oakes, who also wrote the book Style, Naturally: The Savvy Shopping Guide to Sustainable Fashion and Beauty who together with fair trade entrepeneur Benita Singh has started this on-line sourcing-tool which aims to ensure that designers spend their time designing and not sourcing for eco-friendly materials. Summer has co-launched environmentally-preferable brands with Payless ShoeSource, Portico Home, and most recently the first certified-recycled line of eyewear and optics with MODO.

summerrayneThe site has a sustainable review team, advisors and academic associates that would make any on-line resource green with envy, in this case the color is perfect for their environmental dedication. The resource is so well-developed that you can see the materials in detail, they have their own well-thought.through guide on sustainable issues and it will also tell you lead-time and price, along with availability where you are. Minimums, the eternal question for designers, is also part of the service.
